Kia Ora! My name is Medoc and welcome to Starbird Healing Arts.
I’m originally from New Zealand and now live in the United States.
These are changing times we live in and I am honoured to be a resource for you. I primarily use Family & Systems Constellations, BodyTalk, Reiki, and Hakomi during individual sessions. I work online with clients from around the world in both individual and group sessions and facilitate in person circles and workshops.
I help clients reconnect to their inner self and shift outdated systemic beliefs and patterns that interfere with the ability to move toward health and greater fulfillment.
Healing can be simple, gentle, nourishing and yet deeply profound and far reaching.
Shifts in our internal consciousness are reflected back by our outer world, which can lead to welcome changes... and, as we each heal our individual lives and our family lineages, so we help contribute to a wider change in the world as a whole.

Energy Alignment Sessions
By establishing better communication and synchronisation in the body and clearing out old layers of beliefs, stories, emotions and stagnant energies, we can support the healing power of your body and support your growth and movement forward.
These sessions are grounded in the BodyTalk modality, but also include other techniques as needed. This is great support for your being on all levels — physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and perhaps even multidimensionally. These sessions can help you maintain balance and move through the consciousness shift that is happening on the planet at this time. There’s a lot of us working to make the world a better place and I want to support us all to do just that.
It’s not just this lifetime we work on — often woven into these sessions is the clearing out old ancestral, past life and other timelines, helping release you from all that you’ve been carrying so you can walk forward as the authentic person you’re really destined to be.
I offer individual sessions and regular group sessions, as well as free group sessions 4 times per year on the solstices and equinoxes.

Family & Systemic Constellations
Give yourself the opportunity to bring about more harmony, balance and support within yourself and your unique family and ancestral structure. In western society we like to think we are fully independent and self-directed, but actually many of our personal patterns originated in our family of origin and our ancestral lineage.
This experiential process can help to uncover hidden patterns and roles you may play in the family, and release entanglements and burdens you may be carrying. This work can free you to live more authentically and help you connect to the support and love that’s available from your ancestors.
Constellations can also be set for other systems, such as a business, an organisation, a situation (such as a job role or relationship), or a piece of land
I facilitate Constellations as individual sessions, in monthly online Circles and in person Circles.
